Enquiries and meeting requests

When you submit the contact form, the site processes the details you provide, such as your name, email address, message, optional phone number, selected services, budget and preferred meeting time. This information is used to respond to your request, assess the proposed work and arrange a conversation. A preferred time is a request, not a confirmed booking.

Enquiries are stored in a self-hosted database (NocoDB) and processed by a self-hosted workflow service (n8n). Resend delivers transactional emails, including acknowledgements and notifications. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

AI conversations

The chat is an AI assistant, not Duarte. Messages you submit are processed through the site's AI gateway to generate replies. Do not include passwords, payment details or confidential information in chat. You can use the contact form or email instead. Information you submit as an enquiry may be retained with that enquiry so Duarte can follow up.

Security and hosting

The hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Private project areas require authentication. Technical logs may be used to investigate errors or abuse.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. It measures public page visits, contact-form opens and successful enquiry submissions. Form contents and chat messages are not sent to Analytics. Read Cookies & storage to see what is stored and change your choice.

Retention and your choices

Contact details and correspondence are used for handling your enquiry and any resulting work. You can ask what information is held and request deletion when it is no longer needed; records may need to be retained where legal or contractual obligations apply. Analytics consent and cookies have the lifetimes described in the cookie notice.

Information is shared with the service providers needed to operate these features. Providers may process information internationally. Contact Duarte if you need more detail before submitting personal information.
